Supported

Bringing Truman home and adjusting to having one more darling boy around here has gone so smoothly. I expected it to be a lot harder considering my quick return to work and my demanding calling... and you know... maybe it would have been if we didn't have such wonderful family and friends.
Gram and Grampa have been the biggest help by far. Cindy has brought meals, groceries, and goodies. She has run errands. They have watched the boys and been so much fun to hang out with.
We are so grateful to have them!

But we haven't had just them... we have wonderful neighbors and friends too!
The Savages made that little chalk love note for us, and our next door Muslim neighbors who we have hardly said two words to brought us that lovely plate of goodies (yes that is authentic naan you see... yuuuuummmmmm!) and a blanket and outfit for Truman.
Friends have taken the boys to the pool or their home for playdates so Truman and I can rest.
They have brought goodies and presents.
They have made us dinner.
They have called to check in.
They have made us feel loved and taught us so much about how to serve.
Not all of them read this blog... but to those of you who do: THANK YOU! We love you all so much!
