A Story From Jack

We recently read "The Gift of the Magi," with Jack. Here was a similar Christmas story that Jack told me tonight (in the sweetest voice ever):

"When I didn't have any money...

and I didn't have any money for a present for you mom...

(drama thick in his voice and eyes) A girl cut ALL my hair off...

and I bought you a BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL (his face and voice are gushing sweetness)

Spider Helmet.

And I give it to you..."

There was more with the story, but he was kind of babbling and not really making sense so I can't remember all of it. Still... pretty sweet that he is willing to cut off all his hair to buy me a spider helmet don't you think?
